Ride Along 2

This might not be everyone’s cup of tea (including mine, or so I thought), but it’s hilarious! It’s the sequel of the blockbuster action comedy with Ice Cube and Kevin Hart. It’s mostly cheap laughs at Kevin Hart’s antics and well-working chemistry of the duo. The buzz is that it is lazy absurd scrip-writing and a “more of the same” kind of comedy, but I found it refreshing and “turn-off-your-brain” entertaining.

Krampus

This looks kinda scary! A boy unleashes the wrath of Krampus onto his family with is ba-humbugness. It might not be the best in horror, but it seems very original to tell this tale as I didn’t even know about it! The buzz is that it has a good dark comedy tone and is creative. Critics liked it, audiences not so much though.

The Last Man on the Moon

This documentary is a collaborative of the best visual effects and rare archive material of Eugene Cernan, an Apollo Astronaut, through his legendary personal journey from space and beyond. Documentaries really draw me in no matter the topic. This one is a pretty important topic of interest though. The buzz is that the content is remarkable and highly interesting.
